Part-time Administrator / Receptionist
18 hours per week (over three days; Wednesday from 2pm, Thursday and Friday)
This is a part-time paid role within a small Edinburgh charity (Leith area) to job-share an administrative role encompassing administrative, financial and reception duties. Good personal skills and telephone manner are essential to this role as you would need to deal with telephone, e-mail inquires as well as welcoming clients to the building, and organising any needed maintenance for the building with trade services. The administrator role requires good IT skills to use our online booking system and other data input. Ideal candidates would have SAGE experience to help support the finance functions within the organisation.
