MINDFULNESS-BASED STRESS REDUCTION WORKSHOP

Come along to a day of Mindfulness practices and learn about finding ease in your busy life. We will look at how much of our lives are lived on automatic pilot, thinking about the future, regretting the past and how rare it is to just be right here and now in this moment, the only one we really have.
You will have the opportunity to explore ways of slowing down, of being present. We will use meditation practices, experiential exercises poetry and gentle movement to help you observe how you might manage stress in your life in ways that encourage your growth and your freedom.
Workshop Leader: Hephzibah Kolban who is a counsellor at Wellspring and has been teaching Mindfulness – Based Stress Reduction Courses here since 2009.
Cost for the day is £60
